Now there's good news for those of you who would trade the weight of a gun or bow for the weight of a camera. The hunting is just as good. You can't beat the autumn for hunting wildlife with a camera. The light is great, the colors can't be beat, and the wildlife is in splendid fettle.

Throughout the Northwest and beyond, you'll find sunny days for hiking, biking or paddling and cool, bug-free evenings for long campfire conversations. Be it bear, elk, deer, or exotic animals you won't find in our local neck of the woods — like mountain sheep or moose — now is the time to pack the camera.
