The procedure costs around $15,000 + additional costs but it offers hope for dogs who live approximately a year to a year and a half on the current protocol for this disease. Typical costs for the treatment being used today is in the neighborhood of $10,000. There is a possibility of a 50% cure rate with the marrow transplant.
