Welcome
Welcome to letstalkpetfoods

Hello ,

Thank you for your interest in Lets Talk Pet Foods Forum.

I am sorry to tell you that I am in the process of closing the forum due to lack of communication by members and the financial upkeep required on my part.

I recommend that you visit and perhaps consider subscribing to the newsletters on Susan Thixton's blog , The Truth about Pet Foods. http://www.truthaboutpetfood.com/

I am turning over all my information to Susan to add to her informative site.

Sincerely,

Pamela Myers

G'day How you all going?

I have a funny little to story to tell you about our Oscar. My mother always told me that he was a jealous little man covered in fur and of course I did not believe her theory of his behaviour. Although in the first couple of weeks of living with us he used to lay prostrate at the back gate howling for me to return home when I went to work in the morning. Now he can't be bothered to get off his bed the in the morning to see me off. Our relationship has always been about him - as it should be - just ask Oscar. However, I am a real sucker for the tiny dogs and Filipe has become a firm favourite - I think I have mentioned him before - he is about 4 kg a chihuahua x maltese who was handed in at the vet and now belongs to one of the vets. Filipe does not mind me holding him, now. So the other day Oscar is having a check up and Dr Anne brings out Filipe and I actually forget Oscar is standing there (god help me) and I start to chat to Filipe, I almost say I love you to Filipe. Oscar's head swivels around and he is staring up and me and I turn to Oscar, no,no I like Filipe, Oscar, I love you. Oscar then proceeded to stick his claws in my leg. You have to laugh - if he could talk - he would probably say to me "see can't take you anywhere".

Hi Marg,
Oh that's a good one. Our dogs have a canny way about telling us what they really think too! My day has been pretty well and busy too. Both on and off the computer! :neener neener: Been working on our sister forum (ie People with Disabilities & SD Awareness) . Trying to get things all set up as we needed a bit more room for that section. How are you doing? chat Soon!

Marge, :oppsy:

This is one of those posts which obviously *got lost* in the quagmire of forum issues.

I never saw it ! :wow: So sorry! I am in hopes that now that I am moving all the posts over here from the old forum, and I have subscribed to every single board in the forum here, that I will now not miss posts! :smash:

Poor Oscar......... he is so needy and is do afraid he will be left in the dust if another little one comes around.
